Jude Bellingham, the England midfielder for Real Madrid, has recalled his first ‘El Clasico’, scoring twice as Los Blancos beat Xavi’s Barcelona 2-1,   Diario AS reported on Thursday.

‘That was the day I had to face it, not about scoring goals, thinking about the worst that could happen when I was shooting,’ Bellingham said.

‘When Barcelona scored the first goal, I started to think it might be embarrassing, but when I looked around at my teammates, I felt calm, as if they knew something I didn’t.’

‘But when the ball hit the net, everyone left the pitch, but a small group of Madrid fans started screaming so loud that it sounded like it was the Bernabéu, because everyone else was quiet.’

Bellingham also spoke about winning his first trophy as a Real Madrid player, the Spanish Super Cup or Supercopa de Espana, shortly after his unveiling in the ‘El Clasico’ game.

‘If you are in a tournament with Barcelona and Atletico, it doesn’t matter what you play for. As a Real Madrid player, the expectation is to win.’

‘In the final, we dominated Barcelona from the start ยูฟ่าเบท. It’s always special to win your first trophy with Real Madrid.’
